Looking back at 2023, the global automotive industry witnessed a surge of
momentum and unpredictable fluctuations. Riding the surging wave of industrial

JAECOO stands among them. From the brand’s “global debut” in April to the
overseas “premiere launch” of the J7 in September, and the stunning entry into
Qatar with the J8 in October, JAECOO made its mark in over a dozen global
markets within a short span of just over 8 months, showcasing robust resilience
and market vigor.

The JAECOO brand was born in response to its keen insights into user
demands and market trends. Aimed at the desires of the modern, new elite
population for high-quality off-road SUVs, JAECOO upends the traditional
barriers of the SUV domain closely in line with the brand philosophy of “From
Classic, Beyond Classic,” snapping up share of the off-road SUV segment
market by delivering product values that blends off-road capabilities and
intelligent experiences.

Building upon its parent company’s profound expertise in R&D,
manufacturing, and operations, JAECOO has relied on a highly functional
research system and strong capacity for industry integration to construct an
effective “off-road product ecosystem” in less than a year. Within this
ecosystem, it has reformed the aesthetics of off-road SUVs to set new
benchmarks, developed the All-Road Drive Intelligent System (ARDIS) that
rivals renowned classic off-road technologies, and implemented a safety
protection system in compliance with the global five-star security standard.

In April, JAECOO’s inaugural model, the J7, an urban and sophisticated
SUV, made its world premiere right after the brand’s debut. The new vehicle

earned worldwide accolades as soon as it was unveiled, thanks to its one-of-a-
kind off-road style. August witnessed the J7’s “Extreme Mileage Challenge,” as

it braved scorching temperatures of 51°C in Turpan and Dunhuang, China.
Venturing to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, conquering the Nianqing Tanggula
Mountains, and mastering the treacherous 72 turns of the Nujiang River, the
vehicle excelled with outstanding performance, proving its durability, reliability,
and adaptability on all road conditions, which are shaped by the commitment to
“From Classic, Beyond Classic.”

In response to the users’ ultimate pursuit of intelligent technology and
luxurious comfort of off-road SUVs, JAECOO consistently enhanced its product
range. In October, JAECOO debuted its second off-road SUV, the J8, as part
of the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) in Doha, Qatar. Featuring
luxury, off-road capability, and spaciousness, the J8 underwent a
comprehensive evolution in off-road handling and comfort.

In a mere eight months in 2023, JAECOO went from nothing to something,

shining with the “double stars” J7 and J8, both of which seamlessly blend off-
road capability with intelligence. With a trailblazing spirit, it broke into the

stronghold of the traditional off-road vehicle market, elevating the brand to new
heights through exceptional innovation.

Breaking New Ground with Global Expansion Strategy: Presence

portfolio, JAECOO’s global expansion journey also progressed at a steady pace,
making it shine brightly on the global off-road arena. Throughout 2023,
JAECOO successfully made its presence in over a dozen high-growth
automotive markets with its offerings, including Eastern Europe, South Africa,
and Saudi Arabia.

In November, JAECOO held its brand launch event, themed “A Journey to
Remember,” in South Africa, attracting participation from more than 30 leading
local media outlets and partners, who joined together to witness this milestone.
In December, it organized a test drive event for the J7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,
where more than 50 local mainstream media outlets and journalists from top
automotive press personally experienced the thrilling off-road adventure of the
J7.

As part of JAECOO’s global expansion efforts, the J7 made its way to
multiple markets, including Costa Rica, Morocco, Spain, and Mexico. With this,
JAECOO brought a product that prioritizes safety, intelligence, and quality, as
well as outstanding brand services, to local customers.

In course of its global expansion, JAECOO adapted its operations to the
local contexts in multiple markets and successfully established comprehensive
business systems tailored to their specific requirements… With every market
entry, it valued the development of local talent and the accumulation of
resources, facilitating the creation of a strong brand foundation.

In JAECOO’s global expansion, the focus extends beyond delivering top-
of-the-line products and services. JAECOO also strives to build a more diverse

Ecosystem Co-Creation Conference held in October marked such a new
endeavor by JAECOO to reach users in a comprehensive manner. In the
presence of thousands of users from around the world, JAECOO continued to
unleash its off-road DNA, push beyond limits, and stand together with users,
embarking on a journey of jointly building a brand-new off-road ecosystem.

In 2024, Jaecoo is set to be introduced to the Philippine Market alongside
it’s sister brand, Omoda. At the Manila International Auto Show, to be held at
the SMX Convention Center, expect to see the 2024 lineup of the Jaecoo brand
