The Philippine Coast Guard has forged a landmark healthcare partnership. It is rooted in a shared commitment to the health and well-being of its men and women. Several leaders formally signed the comprehensive healthcare partnership. They were Dr. Luis Raymond T. Go, Medical Director of Bell-Kenz Pharma, and Dr. James F. Cayetano, President of the Bell-Kenz Foundation. Henry C. Lim, President of Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory, also signed. On the Coast Guard side were Vice Admiral Allen J. Dalangin, the Coast Guard Inspector General and Internal Affairs Service head. Rear Admiral Oliver Sy Tanseco, Commander of the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (PCG-SAICT), signed as well.
Patrick S. Larraga, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Head of Bell-Kenz Pharma, was also present at the ceremonial signing. So was Ms. Reggie D. Genova, Managing Director of Bell-Kenz Foundation.
What the Partnership Offers Coast Guard Personnel
Qualified beneficiaries will gain access to subsidized medical consultations, discounted pharmaceutical assistance, and enhanced diagnostic services. Significantly, the program institutionalizes healthcare support for retired Coast Guard personnel. It is a lasting expression of gratitude and care for those who have dedicated their lives to maritime service.

Donations and Support Programs
As part of the partnership, Bell-Kenz Pharma is donating a semi-automated blood chemistry analyzer. It will strengthen the Philippine Coast Guard’s diagnostic capabilities. The company is also providing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to enhance emergency response readiness. In addition, it is rolling out Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for Coast Guard medical practitioners. These programs keep frontline healthcare teams equipped with updated clinical knowledge, skills, and best medical practices.
