Global and local offshore wind energy join forces with POWER.

Pilipinas Offshore Wind Energy Resource, Inc. (POWER) a Philippine-based organization was launched with the primary objective of providing expertise and technical resources to fast-track country’s ongoing transition towards clean energy by harnessing the potential of offshore wind energy.
