QUEZON CITY, Philippines — In a strong commitment to community service and accessible healthcare, the National Media Association of the Philippines (NMAP Media), Shining Masambong Elderly Inc. (SMEI), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), and Barangay Masambong, Quezon City, will join forces for a Medical and Dental Mission benefiting senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) on October 20.
The activity will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Function Hall, Basketball Court, Barangay Masambong, Quezon City, bringing essential healthcare services closer to members of the community who need them most.
Led by the participating organizations in cooperation with Barangay Masambong under the leadership of Kap Rocky Alpa, the initiative highlights the importance of compassion, solidarity, and collective action in addressing the healthcare needs of vulnerable sectors.
Through this collaborative effort, the organizers aim to promote community wellness, encourage preventive healthcare, and provide seniors and PWDs with greater access to medical and dental assistance.
The mission also underscores the vital role of partnerships among media organizations, community groups, government institutions, and local leaders in delivering meaningful public service.
Beyond medical and dental care, the mission represents a message of hope, dignity, and malasakit—reaffirming that senior citizens and persons with disabilities deserve attention, respect, and access to essential health services.
The organizers invite eligible beneficiaries and community members to support the initiative and take part in this meaningful undertaking.
